Sector 2, Bucuresti ieri Telefon validat Repostat automat We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Sourcing Specialist to join one of our clients, world leader in automation production. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract. Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional sourcing plans and site-specific strategies in line with the Annual Operation Plan and Strategic Plan. Drive competitive commodity and category supply strategies to achieve the lowest Total Cost of Ownership. Lead the RFQ RFI process, conduct contract negotiations, and manage supplier performance to ensure supply continuity and meet quality and delivery objectives. Manage multiple sourcing projects in a dynamic environment, from initial pursuit to final execution, ensuring all objectives are met. Improve working capital through effective negotiation of payment terms, as well as inventory and lead time reductions. Partner with internal sourcing teams, business stakeholders, and other departments to streamline the procure-to-payment process. Requirements: Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college. Professional Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in Supplier Management and Project Management. Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems and strong command of Microsoft Office suite. Fluent in English. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
